JOWAI: One Millan Jyrwa (39) of West Khasi Hills District (Nongstoin area) was found dead inside an automobile workshop at Ladthadlaboh, Mooralong Jowai on Saturday morning.
According to Police, the person might have been murdered on Friday night by some unknown miscreants. The person’s head was badly damaged as he was suspectedly hit with a blunt hard object.
Some local residents spotted the body at aroung 8:00 am and immediately informed the Rangbah Shnong who later called the police. Police took the body to Jowai Civil hospital for post-mortem examination and till saturday evening no one has come to claim the body.
