Shillong Labet to compete in Assam basketball tournament

SHILLONG, Sep 30: Shillong Labet women’s basketball team will be competing in the 3rd edition of the Jagi Road Basketball Tournament scheduled to be held in Dimoria College in Assam from October 1-3. A total of 12 players from the club will be travelling for the competition. Head coach Sanju Das said that the team has been making strides and will get better with more exposre. “We are looking at long-term goals for the club,” he said.
