SHILLONG, March 15: The Executive Committee of Kench’s Trace, Oxford Hill & Rilbong Dorbar on Tuesday filed an FIR at Rilbong beat house against some residents who allegedly attempted to manhandle Social Welfare Minister and local MLA, Sanbor Shullai.
Sources said that Shullai had gone to the Dorbar Shnong community hall to participate in the election of the Rangbah Dong of central Bishnupur.
According to sources, the election was called off since there was no quorum after which some residents tried to create problems and allegedly manhandled the minister.
