TURA: A group of customers of the Jeevan Suraksha Bank Pvt Ltd, Tura lodged an FIR against the Bank’s agent cum Branch Manager regarding non-payment of due fixed deposit amounts.
The customers have alleged that the Manager has refused to pay them the amounts they have deposited as per the agreement. Earlier, the Manager is said to have given the customers an assurance that the payments due to be made by the Bank against their matured fixed deposits would be paid by November 2012.
However, the Bank has failed to pay the customers their long overdue deposited amounts along with interests till date.
