SHILLONG, March 28: The Union Christian College has bagged the District Green Champion award for the year 2021-22.
Ri-Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Arpit Upadhaya on Monday conferred the award to the college principal RM Manih on behalf of Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education.
It may be mentioned that the Ministry of Education had awarded the college for its green endeavours.
