SHILLONG: The Shillong Sports Association (SSA) has decided to fill the vacant slot in the 10-team 1st Division Football League by holding an auction.
SSA general secretary, B Diengdoh, announced that the bidding will open with immediate effect and will end on May 31 at 3:00pm.
All clubs affiliated with the SSA, corporate entities as well as individual sports promoters are eligible to participate in the auction. The SSA, at Polo grounds, Shillong, can be contacted for more information.
