Alumni body
The Shillong Law College Alumni Association was constituted recently. In a general body meeting of the association on the premises of Shillong Bar Association, the executive committee was formed and the office-bearers were elected too. The meeting was attended by former Justice of High Court of Meghalaya, SR Sen, who is patron-in-chief in the association. Subashish Chakraworty and MF Qureshi were elected as president and secretary respectively, while Anuradha Paul, Lary K Swet, K Kharmawphalang and Tshering Ynagi as vice president, joint secretary, cultural secretary and treasurer respectively besides nine other members.
