Malki rape victim shifted to shelter home

SHILLONG: The 7-year-old girl, who was raped by two miscreants at Malki recently, has been shifted to a shelter home to undergo psychiatric counseling.

According to the police, the girl has been shifted to a shelter home considering her health and mental trauma.

Police informed that investigation is being carried out but the accused are still at large.

“At present, we are more concerned about the health and wellbeing of the little girl,” a police source informed.
