 SHILLONG: CURE Clubfoot Meghalaya would observe World Clubfoot Day at Shillong Civil Hospital on Monday. CURE Clubfoot Meghalaya started on September 2012 in Civil Hospital, Shillong.

It has been estimated that 143 children are born with clubfoot every year. Since September 2012 till date 20 patients have been registered in Meghalaya.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Government of Meghalaya and CURE International India on May 10. The Clubfoot clinic Meghalaya functions every Thursday at the Orthopedic Department, Civil Hospital, Shillong.
