It has been clarified by Beauty Deb, the sister of Havildar Major Priyotosh Deb of 196 Fd Workshop Coy (Mountain Brigade) who recently passed away in Uttarakhand, that her brother joined the force after the passing away of their father who was serving in the Meghalaya Police.
