Govt invites tender for road construction at Mawpdang

SHILLONG, Nov 18: The state government has invited a tender of close to Rs. 200 crore for the construction of roads at Mawpdang in New Shillong Township.
The New Shillong Township Development Agency has invited tender for construction of the two-lane link road and four-lane internal roads in the newly acquired land of NST at Mawpdang.
The approximate value of the work is Rs 195.53 crore, which includes the maintenance cost for next five years.
