ASEAN music fest at NEHU

SHILLONG, Nov 21: The ASEAN Music Festival will be held at the Convocation Hall of the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) from 4 pm on Tuesday. The festival is organised by the Office of International Affairs (OIA), NEHU, in collaboration with Seher-India cultural group under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs.
Three ASEAN nations represented by three reputed bands from Indonesia, Singapore and Myanmar are going to perform and showcase their genre of music comprising mostly rock and fusion music together. The three bands are MRTV modern music band (Myanmar), Riau Rhythm (Indonesia), Linying Band (Singapore).
Passes have been arranged for general public.
