Mumbai: Former Miss World Yukta Mookhey has filed a case of dowry against her in-laws and mental and physical torture by her husband along with unnatural sex, with the police late on Friday night.
The Amboli police station confirmed that a complaint has been registered against her husband, Prince Tulli and in-laws for dowry, physical assault and forcing for unnatural sex.
She has stated in her complaint that her in-laws were allegedly harassing her for dowry. She also claimed that her husband used to abuse her mentally and physically and also had unnatural sex. In her complaint, Mookhey alleged she had often been beaten up and troubled by her husband Prince Tulli.
The case has been registered under Section 498A (cruelty and harassment) and Section 377 (unnatural sex) of Indian Penal Code (IPC). (PTI)
