Shilong, April 29: Meghalaya Tourism Minister Paul Lyngdoh today inaugurated the North East Regatta at the prestine Umian Water Sports complex.
The two-day event will have host of programmes including para sailing . Different bands are also all set to perform during the two-day event as the programmes intends to further promote and boost tourism in the hill state.
