Shillong, May 5: A student of second semester M Sc Botany of NEHU, Gallan W B Kharsatti has reportedly drowned at the Phe Phe falls, West Jaintia Hills on Friday evening.
Sources informed that he was a part of a group of students who went for a picnic to the said spot.
