Members of Matri Mandir, Polo Ground, Shillong, in its triennial general assembly on Sunday, elected Parimal Chandra Das as president, Krishnendu Deb as general secretary and Shankar Das as treasurer for a three-year term.
Programme
Laban Bengalee Boys’ Higher Secondary School is organising the 18th Inter-School Science Seminar from 11 am on August 1 at the school auditorium. The chief guest of the competition will be Prof N Saha, Head of the Department of Zoology, NEHU, Shillong. The school is also organising the Inter-School Debate Championship from 11 am on August 2. Education Minister Rakkam A Sangma will be the chief guest on the occasion.
Gratitude
