SHILLONG: The Meghalaya High Court on Friday fixed September 16 to hear the PIL related to the ST certificate of Chief Minister Mukul Sangma.

During the August 30 hearing of the PIL , the Court had asked both the parties to produce Reservation of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act and Rules of Meghalaya and a brochure on Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe published and issued by the Centre.

The Division Bench which took up the matter on Friday fixed the hearing to September 16 due to paucity of time.
