SHILLONG: UDP legislator Paul Lyngdoh has lodged a complaint with the police against a group of people accusing them of launching a smear campaign against him in social media Facebook.Lyngdoh could not be reached despite several attempts. According to police, pictures of Paul Lyngdoh are uploaded in various forms in Facebook.
