Tura, Jan 3: The AHAM from Adokgre in North Garo HIlls on Wednesday wrote to the managing director of Jio mobile company raising the issue of poor network while at the same time, urging that the same be up-graded.
According to the organization, it recently met the person tasked with looking after the tower which provides network to the area, where they were informed that the problem was due to non-repair of the generator for the tower. The issue was also reportedly raised with the authorities which failed to take any action.
Pointing out that the poor service being provided was badly affecting the people from the area, the organization urged the official to look into the matter.
