SHILLONG, Jan 10: Anjan Das, who served The Shillong Times office as its cashier for many years passed away here on Wednesday.
He was a soft spoken, diligent, proactive person. For his wonderful demeanor, he was popular with his colleagues. He was a bridge player of some repute.
A resident of Hari Sabha Laban, Anjan Das will be missed by all morning walkers taking the General Point route.
