SHILLONG:The new DoNER minister and chairman of the North Eastern Council (NEC) Paban Singh Ghatowar will arrive here on Tuesday.
During his visit, he will call on the Governor RS Mooshahary and Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma.
Ghatowar will inaugurate a six-month certificate course on tourism and hospitality management for North Eastern region at RGIIM, Shillong on Tuesday. The induction of the students for the course was held on July 18 in the presence of Prof AK Dutta Director IIM, Shillong and Prof DK Agrawal Dean Academic.
