DC restricts operation of car wash centres for two days a week

Tura, May 2: In view of the water scarcity being faced in localities under the Tura Municipality area, the West Garo Hills district magistrate has issued an order under Section 144 CrPC restricting the operation Car Wash Servicing centres for two days in a week-Mondays and Thursdays.

The order, which comes into force with immediate effect, also prohibits the servicing centres from using bore wells.
