The state-level launch of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ will be held at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Shillong, from 11 am. Governor CH Vijayshankar will be the chief guest of the programme.
The State Consultation Meet will be organised by Juvenile Justice Committee of the High Court of Meghalaya, at the auditorium of the High Court at 9:30 am.
Manipuri Elders’ Consortium, Shillong, a conglomeration of different Manipuri civil organisations in Meghalaya, will observe the 133rd Patriots’ Day commemorating the Anglo-Manipur War of 1891 as a part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ programme at the Asom Kristi Kendra, Dhankheti, at 8.30 am.
