Advocate General, Amit Kumar submitted that some coal may be lying there to be disposed of by the concerned Judicial Magistrate which has been seized under Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
“In order to enable the respondents to file their comments on the 23rd interim report and also photographs of the place where the coal is lying, call the matter on 12.09.2024,” the court said during the hearing on Friday.
