Zomi Baptist Church hosts successful revival crusade in city

SHILLONG, Oct 14: The Zomi Baptist Church in Shillong held a three-day Revival Crusade from October 10 to 13, at Happy Valley. Under the theme ‘Tu hun pen khua phawka khanlawh hun hita’ (Romans 13:11), the event encouraged attendees to awaken from spiritual slumber, emphasising that salvation is closer now than ever before.
Pastor Sia Mung Tong chaired the event, with Upa Chin Khen Kham, the worldwide president of the Zomi Baptist Church from Nhahlan, Champhai Mizoram, as the main speaker.
The praise and worship segment was led by Tang Kham Sian Muang from Mizoram, and church members showcased their talents through various special performances.
During the final session on Sunday night, hundreds of youths expressed their faith by confessing their sins and seeking a deeper connection with God.
