NONGSTOIN: The West Khasi Hills District Administration has promulgated section 144 CrPC on Thursday in view of the agitation called by DSC Passed Grade-IV 2005-2011 on January 16 within and around the office of the Deputy Commissioner West Khasi Hills.
It was also mentioned in the notification sent by the Government to the Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills that all the 25 candidates which demanded their rights for their job was valid till March 31, 2011 and there is no right to demand for revalidation of the same.
