Shillong, November 23: The NPP candidate Dr. Mehtab Chandee Agitok Sangma, wife of Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, has won by-election to Gambegre LAC in Meghalaya by defeating her nearest rival from All India Trinamool Congress, Sadhirani M Sangma.
