Shillong, Feb 5: Sportopia Sports Club and Pomshutia registered commanding victories on Day 4 of the EKH District League T20
Batting first, Sportopia SC posted 133/7 in 20 overs, with Jedilbert Swer (46 off 59). Mawmluh struggled in response, getting bowled out for 92 in 18.2 overs, falling short by 41 runs. Swer also impressed with the ball, taking 3/32 in 4 overs. Sportopia SC won by 41 runs. Jedilbert Swer was adjudged player-of the-match:
Mawphlang batting first, managed 99 all out in 18 overs, with Janai Dohtdong scoring 22 off 26 balls. Pomshutia CC chased the target, reaching 102/2 in 11.1 overs, thanks to Shembhalang Pyngrope’s 54 off 35 balls. Pomshutia CC won by 8 wickets. Shembhalang Pyngrope was man-of-the-match.
