SHILLONG: One person identified as Willander Lamare (35) of Madanryting block who was involved in setting ablaze one Anna Khongwar in a forest near the ARC Firing surrendered before the Madanryting Police Station here on Saturday afternoon.

East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang said that the accused revealed that he had an argument with forty-year-old Anna Khongwar of 3rd Mile following which he set her on fire.
