Constable held for links with GNLA

NONGSTOIN: One Balgra N Marak (20), a constable in the 4th MLP Battalion at Sohpian, Nongstoin in West Khasi Hills, was on Tuesday arrested by Nongstoin Police on suspicion of being an overground worker of the outlawed Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA).
