SHILLONG, July 4: The Regional Directorate of NSS (NER), Guwahati, in collaboration with the State NSS Cell, Meghalaya, will organise a five-day North East NSS Youth Festival at Union Christian College, Umiam-Khwan, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya, from July 8 to 12.
According to a statement here, the event, which will be held at the Christopher Singh Auditorium, Union Christian College, aims to celebrate youth empowerment, cultural unity and the spirit of voluntary service that the NSS embodies.
The festival will involve 300 NSS volunteers and Programme Officers from across the Northeastern states of India.
