The Meghalaya Nepali Sahitya Sammelan, Shillong, will celebrate the 211st birth anniversary of Adikavi (first poet) of Nepali literature, Bhanubhakta Acharya with a programme that will commence from 11 am onwards at Babu Mani Singh Gurung Auditorium, Shillong.
