West Khasi Hills U-12 football results

SHILLONG: United Social & Cul Sports Club defeated Markasa Secondary School 2-0 in the boys’ final of the West Khasi Hills Block Level Under-12 Football Tournament (Mawthadraishan Block) at Nongkasen Playground on Wednesday. Aiborlang L Nonglait and Jefferson Warjri were the goal-scorers. In the Mawshynrut Block final, which was held on the same day at Riangdo Playground, Nongkyna Young Farmers Social & Cul Club required a tiebreaker to beat Dapboklang Mem Giri Sec.School, Porla. Full time had ended 3-3, with Wanshanlang Syiemlieh scoring a brace for Nongkyna and Edyson Iawphniaw also contributing a goal. Baby Sunday Marngar, Shanskhem L Marshillong and Marbiangdor K Bani scored for Dapboklang Memorial. The tiebreaker was won by Nongkyna 3-1.
