The North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur, has invited application for availing the Guru Shishya Parampara Scheme for the financial year 2025-26. Candidates within the age group of 45 to 70 years having very good knowledge for imparting training in any cultural field of the region such as folk dance/songs, bamboo/cane/wood craft, folk theatre, woodcraft, mask making etc have been urged to apply. Emphasis will be given to dying and vanishing art forms of the region. Forms can be downloaded from the website https://eastkhasihills.gov.in or obtained from the office of the Directorate of Arts and Culture, Shillong, on or before July 28.
