Among the awardees were Dr Adorable Kharbamon, visiting medical specialist at Bethany Hospital; Kalpana Roy, acclaimed writer; and Manisha Sharma, a state cricketer.
A key highlight of the programme was the release of Dr Kharbamon’s book titled My Encounter with the Missile Man of India.
