Office-bearers
The meeting of the Dorbar Shnong Umpling, which was held last month, had elected new office-bearers to the Executive Committee (EC) of the Dorbar for the period 2025-2028. The new office bearers include Sanwat Fair Pyngrope (Rangbah Shnong), Lewis Jyrwa (general secretary), Rodrick C Lyngdoh (secretary development), Truman S. Basan (secretary finance) and Rossel Kharsohtun and Teiskhem Buhphang as the two auditors. The Dorbar Shnong also elected Rangbah Dong of different blocks, including Marrius Kharkongor and Eberard Dedimus Nongsiang (Rangbah Dong Shaneng), Gracer Todly Lyngdoh and Kynsai Jone Sanglyne (Rangbah Dong Sharum), Loverwell Tham and David Ranee (Rangbah Dong Lumdiengmet), Hubert and Barwel Laitmon (Rangbah Dong Lum Surok) and Soren Wanwar and Devantis Nongrum (Rangbah Dong Umbah).
