BSF school shines at Edmundian Fest

SHILLONG, Aug 23: Students of BSF Senior Secondary School have successfully registered wins in various categories during the Edmundian Fest, showcasing their talent, creativity and versatility.
According to a statement here, Nazia Pearl Sooting from the school bagged the Best Speaker Award in the Debate Competition and secured first prize in the Brain Whiz Competition. The school’s Indian Dance troupe also won first prize with their synchronised and energetic performance.
Other notable achievements included Shenaz Khan’s third prize in Acrostic Writing and Josiah’s third prize in Cartooning.
Second and third prizes in the Indigenous and International categories of the Cookery Competition were also secured by the school students.
“These achievements stand as a testament to BSF Senior Secondary School’s dedication to holistic development, nurturing students who excel in academics, arts, leadership and beyond,” the school said in the statement.
