K’taka assembly delegation visits state, meets Speaker

SHILLONG, Sep 5: A delegation from the Karnataka Legislative Assembly’s Committee on Public Undertakings on Thursday called on Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Speaker Thomas A. Sangma.
The meeting marked an important step in inter-state engagement, fostering dialogue and strengthening institutional cooperation between the two legislatures. The Karnataka delegation was led by Basavaraj Neelappa Shivannanavar, MLA and Chairman of the Committee.
The interaction with Sangma provided a constructive platform for exchanging insights on governance practices and public undertakings, reinforcing the spirit of cooperative federalism and legislative collaboration.
