SHILLONG, Oct 16: A two-wheeler was stolen from Mahari Petrol Pump at Jaiaw Langsning in the early hours of Tuesday. CCTV footage from the petrol pump captured the entire incident, showing two unidentified individuals making away with the scooter parked on the premises.
When contacted, police confirmed that the theft occurred on Tuesday. The owner of the vehicle, Ronald Sohtun, discovered his scooter missing around 8 a.m. and subsequently lodged an FIR at Lumdiengjri Police Station.
Police have registered a case and stated that efforts are under way to identify and apprehend the culprits involved in the theft.
