Round Table India donates ambulance

SHILLONG, March 15: Round Table India, with support from the Ratanlal Mohinidevi Singhania Charitable Trust, has donated an ambulance to provide free emergency medical transportation for the residents of Shillong.
The vehicle was handed over on March 2 as part of a community welfare initiative by the Shillong chapter of Round Table India. The service is designed to support residents requiring urgent medical assistance by ensuring critical care reaches patients without delay.
The free ambulance service will become operational on April 1, 2026. Citizens can avail of the facility by calling 89747 90881.
