Shreya Ghoshal, a five-time National Award-winning playback singer, has set a historic milestone with the release of her latest album The All Hearts Tour – Live.
Featuring exclusive recordings from her most recent 44-city global tour, Shreya has become the first Indian female artiste in three decades to release a live tour album.
The album captures the energy, scale, and emotion of her performances across sold-out arenas worldwide, allowing fans to experience the concerts even if they could not attend.
Shreya described the album as a gift to her listeners, emphasizing that it reflects the love and support she has received over the years.
“The album is incredibly special to me. My fans truly are All Heart,” she said, highlighting the emotional connection with her audience.
The All Hearts Tour spanned India, North America, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Australia, and Europe.
Shreya performed at iconic international venues such as the OVO Arena Wembley, Oakland Arena, and Wolf Trap. She is also the second Indian artiste after Lata Mangeshkar to perform at the Fox Theatre and the first to perform at the Dolby Theatre.
Shreya’s musical journey began with classical training at the age of four, followed by a breakthrough on Sa Re Ga Ma, which led to a remarkable playback career spanning generations.
Her influence has been widely recognized internationally, with June 26 declared as “Shreya Ghoshal Day” in Ohio, July 24 as “Shreya Ghoshal Day of Entertainment and Inspiration” in Cincinnati, and June 15, 2024, proclaimed as “Shreya Ghoshal Day” in Austin during her tour.
In 2013, she was felicitated at the UK Parliament’s House of Commons by Members of Parliament for her contributions to music.
With this live album, Shreya continues to solidify her legacy as one of India’s most celebrated and globally influential singers. (IANS)
