Portman announces third pregnancy
Hollywood star Natalie Portman is set to welcome her third child with partner and musician Tanguy Destable. The actor said she is grateful and called her third pregnancy a privilege. ‘Tanguy and I are very excited…I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle,’ Portman told a magazine. Portman said many people around her had a hard time with pregnancy. Portman has two children with her ex-husband and filmmaker Benjamin Millepied: son Aleph, who was born in 2011 and daughter Amalia, born in 2017. The duo got married in 2012 in California but filed for divorce in 2023. (PTI)

Director Vamshi Paidipally’s eagerly awaited film, featuring actors Salman Khan and south star Nayanthara in the lead, on Saturday went on floors with a traditional pooja ceremony here in the city. This ambitious action entertainer, produced on a grand canvas by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, marks the first-ever coming together of Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan and National Award-winning director Vamshi Paidipally. The combination has already sparked huge anticipation, and the starting of filming has only amplified the buzz. The makers will soon reveal the complete cast and technical crew. Mamma Mia 3 will happen: Amanda Seyfried
Hollywood actor Amanda Seyfried is sure her starrer Mamma Mia will return with the third installment. ‘It’s just interesting that … it’ll happen. I know it’s going to happen. If there’s a need, you know,’ she told the entertainment magazine People. The first film released in 2008, featuring Seyfried alongside Meryl Streep. It was directed by Phyllida Lloyd, and it revolved around a young bride-to-be, Sophie (Seyfried), who invites three men to her upcoming wedding, with the possibility that any of them could be her real father. The actor has previously talked about the film and said she will ‘keep campaigning for it until she is blue in the face’. Both films went on to have good box office runs, with the first film collecting over USD 610 million at the global box office and the second film grossing over USD 400 million. Deverakonda announces new film with director Shouryuv
Actor Vijay Deverakonda announced his next film, tentatively titled VDxShouryuv, with director Shouryuv, who is known for Hi Nanna. The actor, on Saturday, shared the first announcement poster on Instagram to introduce the team behind the project. Alongside the poster, Deverakonda also added a note about the film and the people working on it. He called it a challenging project and said he was happy to have an international team on board. The poster gave fans an interesting first look at the film’s theme. Vijay is seen at the center, walking with black dogs on chains, while several team members stand behind him carrying weapons.
