SHILLONG: Ending all speculations, the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has announced that the syllabi and courses for Class XI Science Stream would remain unchanged for the current academic session (2014- 2015).
In a statement issued here on Friday, MBOSE Executive Chairman EP Kharbih said, “We would like to inform all heads of institutions, teachers and the students of institutions affiliated to MBOSE that the syllabi and courses of students for Class XI Science Stream shall remain the same for the current academic session 2014- 2015”.
The Board had, earlier, indicated that it was closely examining the need to opt for change of textbooks in view of the emerging trends in the field of education, especially relating to the Science stream.
