Over 800 certificates awarded at RKM centre’s convocation

SHILLONG, May 17: The Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre (RKMVCC) on Saturday held a convocation ceremony for its 114th batch of computer trainees and 52nd batch of language students, awarding 823 certificates at its Shillong premises.
The centre, which focuses on youth empowerment and skill development, trains approximately 6,000 individuals annually. The current convocation recognised the achievements of 1,129 trainees from across the Northeast.
Top-ranking students received mementos and special prizes.
The awardees included Sonidaphitori Myrthong (Computer-Beginner), Gautam Bahadur (Intermediate), Madonna Nongsiej (Tally-I), Philasara Nongkhlaw (Tally-II), Ameda Giovana Kyndiah (DTP and Web Designing), Josephine Rapsang (Database), Dibanshai Kharlynnai (Python), Pravin Gurung (DEO), Amir Raj Tiwari (Advanced Excel with Power BI), and Dawanlumlang Khyriem (Language and Communication Skills).
Dibanshai Kharlynnai and Reshina Hajong were also presented with computers for their exceptional performance.
