SHILLONG, May 27: Ferrando Secondary School secured both the first and third prizes at an inter-school quiz competition organised by the Rotary Club of Shillong for the Umroi-Bhoirymbong area on Wednesday.
Held at the Umroi Presbyterian HS School hall, the event featured 16 teams from eight local schools. While Ferrando Secondary School claimed the top and third spots, Holy Angel Secondary School bagged the second prize. The quiz was conducted by Siddharth Sarki as part of the Rotary Club’s initiative to provide competitive exposure to students in semi-urban and rural areas.
