Condolence
The managing committee, staff and students of Gorkha Pathshala Higher Secondary School, Mawprem, have expressed sorrow over the demise of former president and member of the school management committee, Puran Kumar Gurung. According to a statement here, a condolence meeting in this regard was held at the school on Thursday, during which members recalled Gurung’s significant contributions to society and his dedicated service to the school. As a mark of respect, a two-minute silence was also observed.
