SHILLONG, June 22: The Meghalaya government has invited proposals to establish another five star hotel in Umsawli, New Shillong.
The proposed five star hotel, according to the Request For Proposal (RFP), is to be constructed under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model on Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode for a concession period of 60 years from the appointed date. The proposed hotel will have a minimum of 120 keys along with ancillary facilities such as restaurants, cafés, meeting room, banquet hall, besides spa, swimming pool and other facilities.
