SHILLONG: Police on Sunday arrested two persons along with their trucks for allegedly carrying coal, a delayed report said on Tuesday. Two coal-laden trucks were found carrying coal at Nongpyndeng, West Khasi Hills and in this connection police arrested Bronsing Nongrum, driver of truck (ML-05H-0957) and Tonsing Mynsong, owner of truck (ML-06-3120) and seized the vehicles.
