Higgin Laloo, father of D.K. Rapthap (Retd IGP Meghalaya Police), Davida Rapthap and L B Rapthap, passed away on July 24 at his residence in Bishnupur. His funeral will be held on July 26at Mawkhar Presbyterian Church cemetery, Lawmali.
SS (Joseph) Warrier, husband of Vinora Thangkhiew (father of Anita Thangkhiew & Dr. Sunita Thangkhiew), and resident of Dong Shaneng, Umpling, Shillong, passed away on the July 23. His funeral will be held at 2:00pm on July 25 at Umpling Catholic Cemetery.
