SHILLONG: A career exhibition was organized on Wednesday at the auditorium of North East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE, NCERT), Umiam. The career exhibition was conducted by the trainees of Diploma Course in Guidance and Counseling under the guidance of Course coordinator Dr. Basansy Kharlukhi, Associate Professor, NERIE, Dr. Balaida Dkhar, and Assistant Professor, NERIE, Dr. Prachi Ghildyal.
Professor A Sukumar, Principal, NERIE, welcomed the teachers and students of the participating schools. Principal St. Anthony’s College, Rev. Brother Albert Longley Dkhar was the chief guest on the occasion.
About 300 school students from neighbouring schools namely Christ International School, KV NEPA, Barapani, KV Umroi Cantt., Army School Umroi Cantt., Bethany School and MeECL School attended the programme.
